Sound Explorers is a free drop-in session for families with children aged 0–2, running Thursdays and Fridays during term-time at 10:30am at the Young V&A in Bethnal Green. Taking place in the Mini Museum within the Play Gallery, the 40-minute session invites young children and their guardians to explore the museum through sound and music. Developed in collaboration with School of Noise and featuring sensory resources by Play Build Play, this informal experience encourages listening, play and noise-making. Spaces are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. Buggies must be left in the designated buggy park.
