Sky Garden

Perched high above the City, Sky Garden is one of London’s most spectacular free experiences. Sitting 35 floors up, this lush indoor garden combines beautifully landscaped greenery with truly breathtaking panoramic views across the capital. From the Thames winding through the skyline to iconic landmarks stretching into the distance, it’s the perfect spot to pause, explore and take it all in.

Located at the top of 20 Fenchurch Street -better known as the famous “Walkie Talkie” building- Sky Garden offers a unique perspective right in the heart of London’s financial district. The space is filled with exotic plants, open terraces, and plenty of spots to sit and soak up the atmosphere. It feels like a peaceful oasis floating above the busy streets below.

And the best part? Entry is completely free. You’ll just need to book tickets in advance, as spaces are limited. Free tickets are released every Monday morning, three weeks ahead of your chosen date, and they tend to go quickly - so it’s worth setting a reminder.

Whether you’re planning a family day out, entertaining visiting friends, or simply fancy seeing London from a new angle, Sky Garden is a brilliant (and budget-friendly) addition to your city plans.

Trip Advisor #14 of 2,420 things to do in London

"Amazing views from the top. So many places of interest can be seen (stickers on windows help you)"

"We visited on Bank Holiday Monday and we had pre-booked free tickets for entry at 2.45pm. Having read some other reviews I was a bit concerned we may have a long queue to get in but we didn’t. We arrived about 15 minutes before our entry time but that wasn’t a problem. We were in, through security and up at the viewing platform/garden in less than 5 minutes. The weather was great and the views across London were fabulous. We treated ourselves to an alcoholic drink each. 2 x Aperol Spritz and a glass of wine was £38.50 but to be honest in a tourist attraction in London that is to be expected. Only queued a couple of minutes at the bar. All in all we had a very positive experience and if you can get the free tickets I’d definitely recommend it."

Alternative ways to enjoy the garden

You can purchase early morning tickets at the door for £11.50 per person this includes a hot beverage & access to the gardens.

Evening tickets are also sold at the door, these give you access to our DJ/Live band music nights and a welcome drink. Prices range from £15.50 per person.

Please note, all walk-ins are subject to availability and management discretion. Physical ID is required for evening walk ins and the venue reserves the right to refuse entry.
