Ravenscourt Park

Ravenscourt Park Paddling Pool is a popular free summer splash spot in west London, offering younger children a safe and refreshing place to cool off within one of Hammersmith & Fulham’s flagship parks.

  • Suitable for: Babies, toddlers and children under 8
  • Price: Free
  • Opening Times: Daily, 10am – 5pm during summer season

Ravenscourt Park is one of west London’s best-loved family parks, offering beautiful green space, multiple play areas and a free paddling pool that becomes hugely popular during the warmer months.

The paddling pool is designed especially for younger children and provides a simple, safe and fun way to cool off during hot summer days.

Located near the Tube railway arches on the south side of the park, close to the garden centre, the paddling pool is easy to combine with the park’s playgrounds, café and other family facilities.

The Paddling Pool at Ravenscourt Park

The paddling pool is normally open daily from 10am to 5pm during the summer season.

Families often spend hours here during sunny weather, with little ones splashing, paddling and playing safely outdoors while parents relax nearby.

During particularly busy periods, booking may sometimes be required, so families are encouraged to check ahead before visiting.

As this is one of the most popular free splash spots in west London, arriving earlier in the day is often a good idea during school holidays and heatwaves.
