On selected Friday afternoons from 19 September to 24 October, the Museum hosts Transported by Culture: Music, offering live performances from talented young classical and jazz musicians against the backdrop of its iconic collection. 

Each one-hour session (2–3pm) features soloists and ensembles from leading music schools, including Guildhall, Royal Academy, Royal College of Music, and Trinity Laban, giving them real-world performance experience while providing visitors with a unique musical and cultural experience that complements the stories of London and its transport history.
