Head to Merchant Square in Paddington for one of London’s most unique summer events. Watch thousands of bright yellow rubber ducks race along the canal, all in support of COSMIC, a charity helping critically ill children and their families.
You can even sponsor your own duck for the chance to win prizes as it races to the finish line. It’s a fun, light-hearted event with a great atmosphere and a meaningful cause behind it.

The event raises vital funds for COSMIC, supporting neonatal and children’s intensive care units and their families. More than 2,000–3,000 ducks are typically released into the canal for the race, creating a colourful and memorable spectacle
