Next dates

Sorry, there are no future dates available

In this hands-on workshop, children will learn observational drawing techniques and sketch around the museum to capture details of the building, objects on display, and people.
By exploring a variety of illustrated zines and books, participants will discover how composition and layout contribute to storytelling and visual themes. The workshop includes paper-folding techniques for creating concertina books or poster-zines. Using these skills, each child will create a personal zine with drawings and collage, and have the opportunity to present it to the group.

  • Fundamentals of zine-making

  • Visual storytelling and communication
